Anyone who would like to contact us, whether you are currently having treatment with us or not, can access a wide variety of contact methods which we have listed below and we will always respond in a timely and personalised manner – no automated responses here! Another thing we pride ourselves on, and something our patients often comment on, is how much aftercare and contact we provide following treatments or skincare consultations. In aesthetics, particularly in our practice that focuses heavily on natural results and science backed treatments and skincare, there is usually no ‘quick fix’ but more of a journey. And we are certainly on that journey with you – from start to finish.
We offer numerous complimentary reviews following treatments or during skincare journeys and you can book these in at the click of a button! You also have direct access to Dr Fatima through our contact details, with round-the-clock and out-of-hours support. What happens after you get in touch?
Once you have contacted us via your preferred method, you will get a reply – this is usually very quick and personalised to you and your specific query. We do not use any automated responses or replies! We also provide out-of-hours contact for all our patients and pride ourselves on our ability to provide support throughout your journey at all times – including after treatments and during skincare consultations.

How do I book online?
For those of you who have been following our recent rebrand, you will have noticed our new website that recently went live, and along with that, we’ve also introduced a new booking system, offering easy booking for treatments and consultations, making booking an appointment at Bashra Aesthetics so very easy and convenient. We would also like to take this opportunity to highlight that our new booking system also now allows you to purchase gift vouchers to allow you to treat a loved one!
To book in you simply need to head to bashraaesthetics.com/book and select either a consultation or one of the treatments we have to offer. Following this, you will be able to select a date and time that suits you, with straightforward booking options shown clearly on the page.
Once you have found an appointment that works for you, you will be prompted to enter your contact details and pay a small deposit to secure your appointment.
What happens after I’ve booked?
We have a wide range of appointment times to suit most people with evenings and weekend options! If your preferred date/time is not available to book online, we always encourage you to reach out to us directly as we will always try our best to accommodate you.
Following your booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing your appointment details. This will also contain important arrival information to help make your journey to us as smooth and stress-free as possible.
The confirmation email also allows you to make amendments to your booking by cancelling or rescheduling your appointment if needed. Depending on what you book in for, you will also receive important pre-treatment information to help you prepare ahead of your visit. We also ensure you can access all medical and consent forms prior to your appointment, helping to streamline things even further on the day of your treatment or consultation.
