Your questions, answered

What happens during a consultation?

When you attend for a consultation we will discuss any concerns you may have and answer any questions. Most patients find their consultations to be extremely valuable and often comment on how much knowledge they gain from these discussions. We take time to get to know you, your habits, skincare routine (if you have one) and medical background. We then move on to our recommendations and give advice on treatments that we may think would benefit you. Importantly we will also let you know if we think you would not be suitable for a specific treatment, and why, and often we can recommend alternatives.

Do I need a consultation before treatment?

Bashra Aesthetics is a medical, doctor-led clinic. As such, patient safety and bespoke treatment plans are at the forefront of our practice. We therefore recommend a consultation first. If you already know what treatment you would like you can book straight in but we will always conduct a consultation prior to any treatment to ensure you are suitable for it. Alternatively, if you are not sure what treatment or combination of treatments would suit you, you can book in for a detailed consultation and we will discuss your options with you.

Can I book treatment on the same day?

If during your consultation you decide you would like to go ahead with a treatment plan, we will always do our best to accommodate this. Sometimes due to time constraints we may not be able to perform a treatment on the same day following your in-depth consultation, but in most cases we can.

How do I prepare?

If you are on any medications or using any current skincare then it is helpful for you to come prepared with a list of products.

Can I have treatment on medication?

Most of the treatments we offer can be undertaken even if you are taking medication. This will be explored on a case by case basis.

Do you offer virtual consultations?

Yes — you can book in for an online consultation via our booking link.

What about deposits/cancellations?

All appointments made require a deposit to be paid to secure them. Please see our cancellation policy and terms and conditions for more information.

Clear guidance, a bespoke plan, and reassurance throughout.
