By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or enrolling in any service or membership with Bashra Aesthetics, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These are in place to ensure fairness, clarity, and the smooth running of the clinic.

2. Description of Services

Bashra Aesthetics provides aesthetic, skincare, cosmetic, and related wellness treatments, consultations, memberships, and skincare products. All treatments and services are subject to suitability assessment and practitioner approval. 

3. Appointments & Deposits

  • All appointments require a £50 deposit at the time of booking.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
  • Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

Full payment for treatments is required on or before the day of your appointment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if payments are not up to date. 

Prices for treatments, services, memberships, and products are subject to change at any time without prior notice. 

Any promotional pricing or offers are subject to specific terms and availability. 

Monthly membership payments are collected by direct debit. Failure to maintain payments may result in suspension of services. 

5. Delivery / Fulfilment Terms

Treatments and services are delivered in person at Bashra Aesthetics Clinic unless otherwise agreed. Appointment times are allocated specifically to each client. 

Skincare or retail products purchased in clinic must be collected at the time of purchase unless alternative arrangements are agreed. 

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require adequate notice for any changes to appointments:

More than 48 hours’ notice:

  • You may reschedule your appointment without penalty.

Within 48 hours of your appointment:

  • Your deposit will remain on your account and can be used within 12 months toward any future treatment.

Within 24 hours or less / No-shows:

  • You will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.
  • Your deposit will be forfeited.

Rescheduling:

  • Appointments may only be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the appointment time.
  • Rescheduling is not permitted within 48 hours of the appointment.

7. Memberships (12-Month Direct Debit Plans)

We offer 12-month membership plans to support ongoing treatments and maintenance.

  • Memberships are payable via monthly direct debit over a 12-month minimum term.
  • All payments must be up to date and completed prior to any scheduled appointment.
  • Failure to maintain payments may result in suspension or cancellation of appointments and services.
  • Membership prices may be subject to change following the initial 12 month period.

Cancellation of Membership

  • Memberships require a minimum of 1 month’s notice to cancel.
  • No refunds will be issued for payments already made.
  • Early cancellation does not void outstanding payments owed within the agreed term. Any remaining credit can be used towards treatments in clinic or skincare purchases. No cash refunds will be issued. 

8. Refund Policy & Consumer Rights

  • All payments made for treatments, deposits, memberships, and prepaid services are non-refundable except where required under applicable consumer protection laws. 
  • This includes prepaid treatments and unused membership services. 
  • Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. 

9. Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your appointment time may be reduced or forfeited.
  • Full treatment fees will still apply as per the cancellation and rescheduling policy.

10. Medical Suitability & Consent

  • All clients must complete a consultation and medical questionnaire prior to treatment.
  • Treatments are subject to practitioner approval.
  • We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not deemed safe, suitable, or appropriate.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical information.

11. Warranties & Disclaimers

  • While we aim to provide treatments with reasonable care and skill, individual results may vary. No guarantee is provided regarding specific treatment outcomes. 
  • Advice and recommendations provided by the clinic are for general informational purposes and do not replace medical advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bashra Aesthetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from treatments, services, or products provided. 

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

13.  Intellectual Property Rights

All content, branding, logos, treatment materials, photographs, website content, and marketing materials belonging to Bashra Aesthetics remain the intellectual property of the clinic unless otherwise stated. No material may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

14. User Obligations

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete personal and medical information. 
  • Follow all pre-treatment and aftercare advice provided. 
  • Treat clinic staff respectfully and appropriately at all times. 
  • Not attend appointments under the influence of drugs or alcohol. 

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services where inappropriate, abusive, or unsafe behaviour occurs.

15. Privacy & Data Protection

Bashra Aesthetics processes personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. 

Personal information is collected and used for appointment management, treatment records, payment processing, and client care purposes.

16. Termination or Suspension of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate appointments, memberships, or services where:

  • Payments are overdue; 
  • These Terms and Conditions are breached; 
  • A client behaves in an abusive, threatening, or inappropriate manner; or 
  • Treatment is considered medically unsuitable or unsafe. 

17. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always apply and will be available upon request. 

18. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
